1. What services do you provide?
We specialize in professional holiday light installation for residential homes. Our team handles design, installation, maintenance, and takedown—so you can enjoy the season without the hassle.

2. Do you provide the lights, or do I need to buy them?
We provide commercial-grade LED lights, clips, extension cords, and timers. These are higher quality than store-bought lights, ensuring brighter displays and better durability.

3. Can I use my own lights?
Typically, we do NOT install lights that we haven't provided. There are exceptions for commercial grade lights. We will inspect and test them to make a determination.

4. How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your home, roofline length, and design complexity. We offer free estimates—just send us your address, and we’ll provide a custom quote. A good rule of thumb for standard, first-time installs is between $6-8/linear foot. For returning clients, using their same design, the cost is typically 50% lower than the initial design and install costs.

5. When should I schedule installation?
We recommend booking early in the season (October or early November). Our schedule fills up quickly, and early installs mean you’ll enjoy your lights all season long. It also means you get big Early Bird Discounts!
6. What happens if a bulb goes out?
We offer maintenance throughout the season. If a bulb goes out or something needs adjusting, give us a call—we’ll fix it at no extra cost.

7. Do you take the lights down?
Yes! After the holiday season, we return for professional takedown and packing. This is included in your package.

8. Can I keep the lights for next year?
Yes. We box them up for you and can put them in your attic for easy storage. We can also store them for you and reinstall them next year. Ask about our yearly rental plan for great discount options!

9. Are you insured?
Absolutely. We are a fully insured professional installation company, so you can have peace of mind while we work on your home.

10. Do you decorate trees, bushes, and other areas too?
Yes! In addition to rooflines, we can install lights on trees, shrubs, walkways, fences, and more to give your home a complete holiday glow.
