What services do you provide?
We provide professional holiday lighting for residential properties, HOAs and commercial properties throughout DFW. Our team handles design, installation, season-long maintenance, takedown and off-site storage.
Do you work with HOAs and commercial properties?
Yes. We design and install holiday lighting for HOA entrances, monuments, common areas, clubhouses, retail properties, offices, restaurants, venues and other commercial spaces. Contact us for a property-specific design and proposal.
Do you provide the lights, or do I need to buy them?
We provide commercial-grade LED lights, clips, extension cords and timers. These are built for a cleaner, brighter and more durable display than typical store-bought sets.
Can you install lights I already own?
Typically, we do not install lights we did not provide. We may make exceptions for commercial-grade lighting after inspecting and testing it.
How much does holiday lighting cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the property, roofline length and design complexity. Projects start at $500. We provide a custom quote based on the display you want.
When should I schedule installation?
October and early November are ideal. Our schedule fills quickly, and early installation means more time to enjoy your lights — plus access to our early-season savings.
What happens if a bulb goes out?
Season-long maintenance is included. If a bulb goes out or something needs adjusting, contact us and we will take care of it.
Do you take the lights down?
Yes. After the holiday season, we return for professional takedown and packing as part of your service.
What happens to the lights after takedown?
We take them with us. After takedown, your lights are labeled, organized and stored by The Light Guys — we do not leave them at your home during the off-season. When the next season arrives, we bring your display back for reinstallation.
Are you insured?
Yes. The Light Guys is fully insured for professional holiday light installation.
Do you decorate trees, bushes and other areas?
Yes. In addition to rooflines, we can install lighting on trees, shrubs, walkways, fences, entries and other architectural or landscape features.
